saje wat gempak wat tajuk entry camtu..ekeke..
padahal cakoi yg kat pasar malam pon sedap ape..
cuma ada sesetgh tu mcm terlebih soda bicarbonate kot..
dok kembang and berasa sgt soda tu..
pehtu serap mnyk sgt..
tu yg was2 nk beli cakoi kt pasar malam..
but ada jugak yg wat cakoi sgt mabeles..
suka suka suka..
beli sampai RM2-RM3.00 kadang2..(byk la tu kan.. ekeke..)
So utk petang nie..
entah angin ape ntah..
rasa nk men'cakoi' pulak..
tp mood nk menguli cam ke laut..
so aku uli dgn 'robot' je..
senang, mudah dan cepat..
hahahaha..
Dengan cuaca yg sgt panas..
x larat rasa nk dok lama2 kt dapo..
panas skrg lain macam..
panas yg sgt terik dan bahang..
tu yg ramai sgt demam.. dan ada jugak yg berdarah hidung..
Tp semua rintangan tu aku tempuh dgn jayanyer..
dan hasilnyer..

Jemput makan ye..
RESEPI CAKOI
400g Tepung Gandum
1 cawan Air
1 s/b Marjerin Cair
1 s/k Garam
3 s/b Gula
1 s/b Susu Pekat
1 biji Kuning Telur (aku boh sebijik terus)
2 s/k Yis
1/2 s/k Soda Bikarbonat
Campurkan semua bahan kecuali tepung ke dalam mangkuk. Gaul rata.
Masukkan tepung sikit demi sikit sampai jadik doh.
Uli sampai lembut.
Canaikan doh memanjang. Potong doh dan katubkan dua potongan.
Utk melekatkan doh, gunakan lidi yg dicelup dgn air.
(susah nk terang cara nie.. kalu ada yg x paham blh tnye erk..)
Goreng dgn mnyk yg panas dan banyak.
