500 gm lala - dibersihkan dan toskan<br>
3 batang serai - dipotong serong<br>
3 ulas bawang putih - diketuk<br>
1in halia - dipotong panjang<br>
5 biji cili api - diketuk/dihiris serong<br>
1 sb sos tiram<br>
1 biji bawang besar - dipotong bulat<br>
daun bawang, tomato ceri/tomato biasa<br>
garam dan gula utk perasa<br>
2 sb minyak</p>
<p dir="ltr">Cara:<br>
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumiskan bawang putih dan halia hingga wangi. <br>
Masukkan serai serta cili api. Kacau hingga naik bau.<br>
Masukkan sos tiram, garam dan gula secukup rasa. <br>
Kacau sebati dan masukkan lala. Kacau sekejap dan tutup kuali. Biarkan lebih kurang 3 minit atau sehingga cengkerang lala berubah warna.<br>
Sekiranya masakan agak kering, masukkan sedikit air. <br>
Kacau hingga sebati pastu masukkan bawang besar, tomato ceri dan daun bawang.<br>
Padamkan api dan kacau sekejap dan terus hidang kedalam pinggan. Bolehlah dimakan dgn nasi putih.</p>

Tumis bawang merah, bwg putih dan halia hingga garing. Masukkan sesudu besar cili kisar. Tumis hingga cili masak. Masukkan sos tiram skit dgn kicap. Tambah air bagi berkuah skit. Masukkan hati dan pedal. Perasakan garam.</p>

1 cawan air-tuang sikit demi sedikit<br>
CARA2:<br>
Campurkan kesemua bhn2 kering.<br>
Tuangkan minyak panas & gaul rata.<br>
Tuangkan air sedikit2 sehingga membentuk doh lembut.<br>
Bahagikan doh kpd bebola kecil.<br>
Leperkan & isi dgn inti kegemaran, tutup dan klim kemas2.<br>
Buat sehingga habis. Goreng dgn minyak yg banyak sehingga garing.<br>
Angkat dan toskan. Saya goreng guna api sederhana je. Karipap ni lebih rangup sekiranya di goreng 2 kali. Walau di goreng lagi, karipap ni tetap tak berminyak.</p>

1 cawan air suam<br>
1/3 cawan minyak masak (saya terrr..tambah, disarankan ikut sukatan asal ye)<br>

1.Gaul tepung dengan minyak masak.<br>
2.Masukkan campuran air dan garam sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuli hingga sebati dan menjadi doh yang tidak melekit di tangan.Apabila adunan sudah jadi doh jangan lagi ditambah air.<br>
3.Bulatkan bebola-bebola kecil.(Buat 8 bebola)</p>

Cara-cara (Kaedah Breadmaker)<br>
Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam breadmaker mengikut urutan bahan basah kemudian bahan kering.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr">
Pilih setting DOUGH dan biarkan menguli sehingga siap. Biarkan doh naik kembang lebih kurang 1 1/2jam atau lebih kemudian uli semula. Tumbuk2an untuk mengeluarkan angin.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr">
Bahagikan bulat2 kecil lebih kurang 50gm setiap satu kemudian susun ke dalam loyang yang telah digris dgn marjerin dan tepung. Biarkan naik sekali ganda lagi. Gliss roti dngn susu tepung yg di bancuh dngn sedikit air di permukaannya.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr">
Jika suka taburkan gula kasar dan bakar suhu 180 selama 25-30min atau sehingga masak.<br>
Sejurus keluar dari oven, sapukan permukaan roti dengan butter@marjerin dan sejukkan di atas redai.</p>

Bahan-bahan <br />
500g tepung berprotein tinggi/tepung gandum<br />
1 peket yis segera-11gram<br />
50g marjerin/mentega<br />
1 sudu besar (penuh) shortening<br />
2 sudu besar (penuh) gula pasir<br />
2 sudu besar susu pekat/susu tepung<br />
1 biji Telur<br />
1/2 sudu kecil garam<br />
Gula Halus atau topping kegemaran anda<br />
190ml-200ml air suam suam kuku (bergantung pd kualiti tepung- saya guna 200ml)</div>

Cara-cara<br />
Di dalam bekas yang agak besar, tuangkan air suam. Masukkan yis segera, gula pasir, susu,marjerin dan shortening. Kacau sedikit dan biarkan selama 8-10 minit.</div>

Setelah yis mula berbuih, ayakkan separuh dari tepung gandum terus ke dalam adunan. Masukkan pula telur yg dipukul sedikit dan juga garam.</div>

Kacau adunan sehingga sebati dan melekat pada sudu (bila dah sebati tu dikacau satu arah je menggunakan sudu).</div>

Ayak lagi tepung selebihnya, gaul menggunakan sudu seketika barulah uli menggunakan tangan.- tak perlu habiskan tepung tu kalau adunan sudah boleh diuli.</div>

Uli sehingga doh sebati dan tidak lekat di tangan (sisa sisa tepung kat dlm bekas tu semua bersih).</div>

1. Campurkan kesemua bhn2 kering.<br>
Tuangkan minyak panas & gaul rata.<br>
Tuangkan air sedikit2 sehingga membentuk doh lembut.</p>
<p dir=ltr>2. Bahagi dok kpd bebola kecil.<br>
Leperkan & isi dgn inti. Buat sehingga habis.</p>
<p dir=ltr>3.Goreng dgn minyak dalam sehingga garing.</p>
<p dir=ltr>Nota: Selepas doh di uli, perap doh ni dalam peti ais selama satu jam, baru keluarkan pada suhu bilik, langkah ini penting supaya semua bahan dalam adunan nye mesra dan membuatkan adunan lebih rapuh.</p>

<p dir=ltr>1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang dan cili kisar. Kemudian masukkan serbuk kari yg dibancuh dgn sedikit air hingga garing.</p>
<p dir=ltr>2. Kemudian masukkan daging. Dan akhir sekali masukkan kentang, keledek dan karot, kacau selalu dan biarkan empuk, sesuaikan rasa, masukkan garam, setelah masak dah inti agak kering, tutup api dan sejukkan. 《Aku tapiskan inti ni utk buang mnyk yg ada》</p>

300 gm daging batang pinang ~ dihiris nipis<br>
1 sudu besar tepung jagung<br>
1 sudu kecil minyak bijan<br>

1 biji bawang besar ~ dipotong baji<br>
3 ulas bawang putih ~ diketuk dan dicincang<br>
1in halia muda ~ dihiris<br>
1/3bj capsicum merah ~ dipotong panjang/dadu<br>
1/3bj capsicum hijau ~ dipotong panjang/dadu<br>
3 sudu besar sos tiram<br>
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam<br>
1 sudu besar minyak bijan<br>
sedikit air<br>
sedikit garam<br>
daun bawang ~ dipotong 1in<br>
minyak secukupnya</p>
<p dir=ltr>Cara:<br>
Perap daging seketika bersama tepung jagung dan 1 sudu besar minyak bijan.<br>
Panaskan minyak dan goreng daging lebih kurang 1 min. Angkat dan ketepikan.<br>
Keluarkan minyak dari kuali dan tinggalkan lebih kurang 3 sudu besar.<br>
Masukkan bawang putih dan goreng hingga kekuningan.<br>
Masukkan bawang besar, halia dan capsicum. Goreng seketika.<br>
Masukkan sos tiram, serbuk lada hitam, minyak bijan dan sedikit garam.<br>
Goreng sekejap dan masukkan sedikit air (lebih kurang 1/4 cawan)<br>
Masukkan daging yg dah digoreng tadi dan kacau.<br>
Bila kuah hampir kering masukkan daun bawang.<br>
Kacau seketika dan boleh lah dihidangkan panas2.</p>

6 cawan air<br>
1/2 cawan susu cair<br>
1 1/2 cawan jagung (K.Nor guna jagung fresh >< 2 biji)<br>
1 biji tomato ~ didadukan kecil<br>
5 biji bawang merah ~ dihiris<br>
3 ulas bawang putih ~ dhiris<br>
1/2 in halia ~ diketuk<br>
3 batang serai ~ dititik<br>
2 helai daun pandan ~ disimpul<br>
2 sudu besar minyak sapi<br>
5 kuntum bunga cengkih<br>
3 biji buah pelaga<br>
1 btg kulit kayu manis<br>
3 kelopak bunga lawang<br>
garam secukupnya</p>
<p dir="ltr">Cara:<br>
Basuh bersih beras dan rendam lebih kurang 1/2 jam. Toskan.<br>
Panaskan minyak sapi dlm periuk rice cooker dan masukkan bunga cengkih, buah pelaga, kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawang. <br>
Tumiskan sekejap dan masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan serai.<br>
Kacau hingga bahan tumisan wangi.<br>
Masukkan daun pandan dan tomato. Kacau2 kejap dan masukkan beras.<br>
Kacau lg hingga sebati dan biarkan seketika baru lah dimasukkan air dan garam.<br>
Biarkan hingga mendidih baru lah dimasukan susu cair dan jagung. Kacau perlahan2 supaya semua sebati.<br>
Alihkan ke periuk td ke dlm rice cooker dan masak la hingga nasi tu masak.<br>
Hidangkan dgn Gulai Ayam, Acar Timun dan juga Sambal Belacan. </p>
