RED VELVET CUPCAKES ~again

Assalamualaikum..

Demam RV dh melanda nmpk gayanyer.. =P

Ni order dari Kak Hepizah dan Rin Polisas..
Hopefully both of you love this cupcakes..

Utk RV nie aku reducekan sukatan gula..
kebiasaannya ramai yg x suka manis kan..
but if ada yg suka manis.. sila request ye.. ;)





Oh ya...
utk entry RV yg lepas.. aku x letakkan resepi..
so entry kali ni aku letakkan resepi yg aku guna ye..

Mek jah.. ini resepi yg kzura guna.. =P
 resepi aku ambil dari umah Sis Rima..

 RED VELVET
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder - i used berry callebaut
1 tbsp red colouring - I used 1 1/2 tsp wilton red paste(no taste)
1/4 cup soft unsalted butter - 57g
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk - I used 1/2 cup whole milk plus 1/2 tbsp vinegar/lemon
1/2 tsp vinegar - i used heinz distilled white vinegar 5%
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
2. In one container, sieve flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In a small container, combine cocoa powder and red coloring and stir well until form a paste (I added a little water).
3. Using a stand mixer, beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, beat until blended. Add the vanilla extract and cocoa powder mixture, beat until well blended.
4. Add in sifted flour and buttermilk alternately. Beginning and ending with flour. (F-M-F-M-F)
5. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and baking soda and add it to ur batter. Stir well with a spatula. Pour into a 6" baking pan and bake it for 50mins or until cooked.
6. Let cool on wire rack.
7. Once cool, slice cake into two and spread cream cheese filling.. top it with the rest of ur cream cheese too... chill for a few hrs..


Cream cheese frosting
125g cream cheese
50g unsalted butter

110g powdered sugar - i reduced it to 80g

1 cup fresh cream, whipped until stiff - i used double cream
 Method
1. Beat cream cheese with butter until soft.
2. Turn mixer to low speed, add powdered sugar a little at a time. Whisk until well blended.
3. Add whipped cream, stir through with a spatula.

meh order erk.. hihihi...

Sibuknyer dia skrg.. masak apa tu?...

Assalamualaikum..

Lama sgt rasanyer aku x update blog..
sejak ditukarkan ke jawatan lain dipejabat..
keje aku menjadi terlalu sibuk..
balik umah dh penat sgt..
mmg xde masa nk bukak blog.. 
nk create entry.. nk berceloteh..
mmg xde selera langsung nk update.. huhuhu..


 tp arini paksa diri update skit..
walaupon aku tau.. xde saper pon yg menunggu2 entry aku nie..
blog picisan cam aku nie..
mana la ada peminat..
update ke tak.. xde saper fedulik..

 Byk jgk xtvt baking and cooking yg aku buat..
sejak ber'cuti' dari blog nie..
sempat snap.. tp belum ada mood nk update kat blog..
sikit2 la nnti kot..
entah la biler.. huhuhu..

ermm.. nk citer pasal xtvt mana dulu erk..
jap jap.. tgk album kt pc nie..
...

...

...

...

ok..

menu ni jgn la ditanye bile aku masak..
dh x ingat weh.. huhuhu..

tp menu ni betol2 membuka selera kami sekeluarga..
lg simple lg berselera.. tu yg masalah tu..

Pucuk ubi ni beli dgn member office..
mmg suka pucuk ubi jenis nie..
lembut and sedap..
kalau x silap ada yg panggil pucuk ubi jarum..
sbb bentuk dia pjg and tajam2 gitu.. hihihi..
entah la korang panggil apa kan..

kalau keluarga aku..
makan pucuk ubi celur ni dgn sambal asam..
sama cam sambal belacan tp boh air asam... sedap!..

 



 Selain ulam pucuk ubi celur tu..
aku masak sup daging..
aku suka boh kentang and karot kalau masak sup cenggini..
and.. kalau masak sup daging atau tulang kan..
aku suka guna paste instant..
SUP SIAM..
ada sesiapa suka guna?..
serius sedap tau.. dr dulu aku guna paste tu..
siap promote kt kawan2 lg..
diorg pon suka.. ;)

tapi aku buat jugak tumis darat..
lepas dh rebus daging/tulang tu..
then boh paste..
aku panaskan kuali lain..
tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia..
pehtu masukkan rempah tumis..
kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga..
bile dh wangi.. terus curahkan dlm sup tadi..
mmg confirm sedap tau..
cubalah.. =)


OK... sampai sini dulu entry utk kali nie..
doakan aku ada kekuatan nk update lg..

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Assalamualaiku...

Ya Allah... lama betul x update blog..
macam2 mende nk citer sebenarnyer..
tp biler dh tangguh2 nk update.. terus dh lupe nk citer ape..
huhuhuhu..

ok.. nk share eksperimen aku buat RV
Red Velvet Cupcakes...
utk percubaan.. aku buat 1/2 resepi..
and size mini..
risau jgk takut x jadik kan..
tapi alhamdulillah... elok je dia naik..
tekstur dia pon elok je..
mmg x sangka blh buat RV..
selama ni kawan2 dh byk kali buat..
dh siap buat jual lg..
aku je x berani nk cuba..
dan skrg insya-Allah aku dh yakin nk buat..
and sedia menerima tempahan.. =)

Ni RV yg mula2 aku buat..



And yg nie.. baru je kuar oven tadi...
ada org tempah.



OKlah.. nk mandi..
and keluar hntr order nie..
